Hedwig

Today I had the brakes done on my car. Not very exciting stuff, but I'm relieved to know they are fixed & I no longer need to continuously turn up the radio volume to drown out the infernal squeak.

After getting the car repaired I treated myself to a ticket to see Hedwig & the Angry Inch at the Roxy. The show was a lot of fun & really entertaining. Having seen Donovan Leitch sing in the past with Camp Freddy, it was a little strange to see him onstage in drag. He looked good though! I don't know what it is, but lately I can't get away from men in corsets, wigs, and lipstick! Felt like I was at work for a minute there.

I had the opportunity today to work with Charly B, who's a great photographer & one of the most skilled rope riggers around. We shot at his studio in Norwalk. He did all the work. I just hung around.
